Ryan Grant is for real. Everyone’s favorite mid-season fantasy football pickup has been lighting it up since he became the Packers’ starter in Week 8. Grant rushed for more yards during the second half of the season than anyone else. Even after two costly fumbles early in the Packers’ playoff win Saturday, Grant proceeded to rush for 201 yards and three touchdowns.

Once at the bottom of countless commons piles, Grant’s two Rookie Cards from 2005 are now some of the hottest cards in the hobby (he has just four total cards). His 2005 Playoff Honors #191 and 2005 Sweet Spot #177, which sold for just a few bucks (if you could find them) just a few months ago, are now eaily topping $200. No autographs, no jersey swatches–just simple RCs.

A Super Bowl win could push prices even higher. Supply can’t begin to satify demand right now. It’s tough to say that a $200 Playoff Honors Rookie card is a good buy right now, but don’t say we didn’t warn you if it goes for $350 if the Pack can somehow stop the might Patriots.
