Congressional staffers graphing up with Clemens?

Interesting article on the whole Roger Clemens issue here from a sports collector’s angle.

Apparently, Congressional staffers ‘graphed up with Clemens and that is illegal, as well as accepting gifts of over $50 in cases where they had him sign a baseball.
