2008 Press Pass Football: First Box Break

Press Pass was in town today for the pack out of 2008 Press Pass Football. This box was pulled off the production line at the printing facility north of Dallas. The product will ship next week. Stated odds were pretty true to form. Dan Hitt (left) and David Lee cracked the packs.

Seems like every time you open a box you get the top player. Didn’t you open a box not to long ago and get adrian peterson? now Matt Ryan…hmmmm you sure that the press pass guy didn’t pack that box himself….lol cards look boring.

Guarantee some people go crazy like did with Upper Deck over the fact that they got a Matt Ryan jersey. But why would Press Pass give them a box with two autographs of the same player?

Anyone who thinks either box was loaded, is a fool. So what if they got a jersey card. Anyone has the same chance.

As I watched this again, I kind of realized that your guys’ camera quality is less than I would expect from Beckett. Just an afterthought.

We have a better camera and have used it before, but it requires more work on the back end. For some of these vids, there is little planning. Like this one, the guys just called me and said they were breaking a box if I wanted to come up. As you can tell, I didn’t make it for all of the packs being opened (I was in a meeting when they called). So I just grabbed my digital camera, put it on “video” function, and ran upstairs.
