Upper Deck released basic set information and preview images for its 2009 Upper Deck X baseball product on Friday.
The product is set for an August release. It will include a 100-card base set while the insert sets will include Upper Deck X Die-cuts (one per pack), Xponential (X to X6; one per pack), Upper Deck X Signatures, Upper Deck X Jerseys and, of course, Upper Deck 20th Anniversary cards.
Blaster boxes will include 10 packs and a memorabilia card.

That XPonential insert of Albert Putta Playername looks nice. Other than that, it’s pretty much a re-hash of last year.
Can we please have Fleer Ultra back? Pretty please?

By ther way, that brand sucks. It was bad last year and it looks bad this year. I’ll pass.
