Sometimes it’s better to be lucky

They say ball players are superstitious. Maybe more so 50 or 100 years ago. We are all familiar with the Curse of the Bambino. Even in today’s game there are players that will not wash a uniform after a win or even think about talking about a no-hitter while in progress.
What about just plain luck? What about the kind of luck that a rabbit’s foot cannot bring you?
This is the type of luck Jack “Lucky” Lohrke knows. It’s in his name.
