He’s the baddest.
The greatest there ever was.
Now, he’s coming to a new a trading card product.
Leaf Trading Cards has taken another step to add to Muhammad Ali’s legacy by bringing fans closer to the iconic boxer. Leaf is creating a set dedicated to Ali, which will feature all on-card autographs from Ali and others, including many exclusive features.
Each box will include four base cards, one Ali hit and two other autos.
A hit can include one of the 50 1/1 autograph/fight-used cards, fight-worn memorabilia, event-worn memorabilia, a cut signature or a 1/1 plate.
The other on-card autographs could be opponents, fans or associates of Ali. Names in this subset include Donald Trump, Magic Johnson, Nolan Ryan, Roy Jones Jr., Hulk Hogan, Mickey Rourke and Joe Frazier.
Card collectors should be thrilled with this set. Ali has just 213 total cards, including 60 memorabilia and 23 autographed cards. He was recently included in 2010 Pop Century, 2010 Ringside Boxing and 2010 Sportskings after a long absence on trading cards along with the sport of boxing itself.
This product is tentatively scheduled to be released in February.
