Huge Gallery: Upcoming Basketball Gems from Panini America by Tracy Hackler

Panini America officials on Tuesday afternoon provided Beckett Media with a sizable sneak peek of some of the company’s sweet hoops cards slated to debut beginning later this month.

Included in this breathtaking batch of images are some nickname-emblazoned gems from 2009-10 Panini Hall of Fame, due out next week, and some never-before-seen cards from the 2010-11 NBA Draft Class, including “octograph” eight-signature Pen Pals cards and the first peek at 2010-11 Panini Threads, featuring the company’s exclusive spokesmen, John Wall, Evan Turner and Wesley Johnson.

Panini Reveals New Rookies & Stars Basketball Images by Tracy Hackler

Panini officials on Friday morning released a handful of appetite-whetting images from the forthcoming 2009-10 Rookies & Stars Basketball.

The product, which releases Nov. 18, carries over the refreshing new design elements utilized for the first time in 2009 Rookies & Stars Football. The average 24-pack hobby box will deliver two autograph cards and two memorabilia cards.

First Look: 2009-10 Playoff Contenders Basketball by Tracy Hackler

Panini America on Tuesday morning released preliminary details on 2009-10 Playoff Contenders Basketball, an autographed-Rookie Card-rich product due out exactly three months from today.

Playoff Contenders has long been one of the most sought after and influential football card products on the market and company officials look to be using a tried and true formula to ensure the product’s success as a rookie on the hardwood.

Every 24-pack box of Contenders will deliver four autographs, one Rookie of the Year Contender and one Legendary Contender insert card. In addition, the average 12-box case will deliver one autograph from either new spokesman Kobe Bryant, Blake Griffin, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar or Oscar Robertson.
